Welcoming Andrew Isaac to PfP Students

We are delighted to welcome Andrew Isaac to the PfP Students team.

Andrew joins us with more than 20 years of experience across Facilities Management and the security sector, bringing extensive expertise in operational delivery, risk management, compliance and Colleague support.

Reflecting on his first few weeks with PfP Students, Andrew said: "I was genuinely excited to be joining PfP Students and within the first few weeks, thanks to the culture and the people across the team, it’s been easy to settle in and get stuck into things.

"My background is rooted in Facilities Management along with time spent in the security sector. Over the past 20 years in client-facing and Colleague support roles, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for risk, compliance and the importance of getting the fundamentals right every day.

"I’ve had the opportunity to visit several sites within my first month, and the passion and care for these environments is clear to see. I’m really looking forward to working with such talented teams across the fantastic locations they support.

"I genuinely enjoy the people side of what I do - building relationships, working closely with teams and partners, and creating an environment where things just work.

"For me, it’s about striking the right balance: making sure everything runs as it should while continuously looking for ways to make it better.

"I’m looking forward to working with you all and building strong, positive relationships as we move forward."
