1. Promotion Overview
1.1 The Parish Hall Voucher Promotion is open to students who make a qualifying booking at Parish Hall and apply the promotional code AUG500 during the booking process.
1.2 Eligible students who meet all qualifying criteria will receive a voucher package worth £500.
1.3 This is a guaranteed promotional incentive and is nota prize draw, competition, or lottery.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1 This promotion applies only to new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year at Parish Hall.
2.2 Eligible bookings must:
Be made between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026
Be for a tenancy commencing during the 2026/27 academic year
Be for a minimum tenancy length of 44 weeks
Include application of the promotional code AUG500 at the time of booking
2.3 This promotion is not available to students who:
Confirmed a booking before 1 July 2026
Book outside the promotional period
Book a tenancy of less than 44 weeks
Cancel or defer their booking before check-in
3. Qualifying Requirements
3.1 To qualify for the voucher package, students must:
Complete their booking in full
Sign their tenancy agreement
Pay any required advance rent or deposit
Apply the promotional code AUG500 during the booking process
3.2 The promotional code must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.
4. Incentive Details
4.1 Eligible students will receive:
£100 Amazon Voucher
£100 Selfridges Voucher
£100 Uber Voucher
£100 Waitrose Voucher
£50 Starbucks Voucher
£50 Everyman Cinema Voucher
4.2 The total promotional value is £500 per qualifying booking.
4.3 The voucher package is limited to one per tenancy agreement.
5. Voucher Conditions
5.1 All vouchers:
Are non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be substituted for an alternative reward
Are subject to the individual retailer's own terms and conditions
5.2 PfP Students reserves the right to substitute a voucher with an alternative voucher of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
6. Voucher Issue
6.1 Voucher packages will be issued following:
Confirmation of eligibility
Completion of all booking requirements
Successful check-in and commencement of tenancy
6.2 Students must remain compliant with all terms of their tenancy to receive the incentive.
6.3 PfP Students reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing vouchers.
7. Offer Restrictions
7.1 This promotion applies only to qualifying bookings at Parish Hall.
7.2 The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other cashback offer, discount, referral scheme, or promotional incentive unless explicitly approved by PfP Students.
7.3 No cash alternative will be offered.
8. Cancellations and Contract Changes
8.1 Students who cancel their booking, withdraw from their tenancy, or arrange a tenancy takeover before the tenancy start date will no longer be eligible for the promotion.
8.2 Any entitlement to the voucher package will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled prior to check-in.
9. Ongoing Eligibility
9.1 To remain eligible for the voucher package, students must:
Complete all booking requirements
Commence their tenancy as agreed
Remain up to date with all rental payments
9.2 PfP Students reserves the right to withhold vouchers where tenancy obligations have not been met.
10. Availability and Withdrawal
10.1 This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
10.2 PfP Students reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at its discretion.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 30 June 2026.
11.2 PfP Students reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.3 Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
